Screening is done prior to arrival. All consents for treatments and surgery are completed via DocuSign prior to the appointment, including a COVID-19 consent.
Using our Symplast app, patients are able to let us know when they have arrived in the parking garage of the building. We then instruct the patient to proceed to the private side entrance that is monitored by one of our team members. If the patient is coming to see our aesthetician or injectors, they can use the front entrance.
Outside of the office there are tables set up with kits that include a KN95 mask and two sets of gloves each. Patients must use the common area restroom to wash their hands and apply the mask and gloves before entering the office.
All team members wear N95 masks and gloves.
Our air quality has been addressed with 5 additional air purifiers and a Peroxyl oral rinse allows us to safely treat patients who need to remove their mask for procedures that require it. Peroxyl Oral Rinse is recommended by the CDC.
Upon completion of treatment, the patient is checked out by a team member behind a plexi glass screen via a touchless payment system.
